Detectives seek to locate 34-year-old Siavosh Mohammad-Khani
Detectives investigating a murder in Hanwell nearly a year ago have named a man they want to speak to as part of their ongoing inquiry. A reward of £10,000 has been offered for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of 34-year-old Siavosh Mohammad-Khani. Police were called at around 10.15pm on Monday, 10 February 2025, to the Grosvenor in Oaklands Road, Hanwell, after reports that a man had stumbled inside with serious injuries. Officers attended alongside London Ambulance Service crews and found 33-year-old Dariusz Serafin suffering from knife wounds. Despite the efforts of paramedics, he was pronounced dead at the scene. Over the past year, homicide detectives have carried out extensive enquiries to identify those responsible for Dariusz’s death. Last week yhe Metropolitan Police confirmed the arrest by homicide detectives of Fayne Newman, 32, of Humes Avenue, Hanwell. He has now been charged with murder and has appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court to be remanded in custody. They now want to speak to Mohammad-Khani in connection with the murder. Officers have released an image of him, along with footage taken on the day of the killing. The video shows him at a garage in Marylebone with a black BMW X4, registration HV67 RZP, which is believed to have been used by the killers on the night of the murder. Detective Chief Inspector Alison Foxwell, who is leading the investigation, said Dariusz’s death was a tragedy and that officers are working tirelessly to secure justice for his family. She said detectives have spent the past year piecing together vital clues about what happened that night and are now appealing for the public’s help. She urged anyone with information to come forward, stressing that even the smallest detail could prove crucial. She also appealed to anyone who knows where Mohammad -Khani is, or who may have CCTV or dashcam footage of the black BMW X4, to contact police or Crimestoppers. Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101, quoting CAD 7176/10FEB25, or to visit the Major Incident Police Portal. Information can also be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via its website. Crimestoppers will anonymise all information before passing it to police, and callers will not be asked for personal details. Crimestoppers is offering a £10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of Mohammad-Khani. The reward is available for three months and is due to expire on 5 May 2026. Alexa Loukas, Greater London Regional Manager at Crimestoppers, encouraged anyone with information to speak up. She said the charity exists to provide a safe and secure way for people who do not wish to speak directly to police to share what they know. She emphasised that Crimestoppers guarantees complete anonymity and will never ask for personal details. She added that Dariusz’s family are desperate for answers and need justice, and that anyone who knows where Mohammad-Khani is could make a significant difference to the case. She reassured potential callers that they will never have to speak to police, attend court or provide a witness statement.
