Mortimer Road and St. Leonard's Road are among twelve addresses in the Ealing area which have seen average prices of over £1,000,000 over the last three years.

The averages are calculated by taking any road with at least three transactions taking place in it during the last three years. This may mean that some roads may not be included because houses on them don't come to the market very often.

Blakesley Avenue and Woodville Gardens don't make the top ten roads despite being the location of the four most expensive homes ever sold in the area.

The average price year to date for all homes in the W5 post code area has been over £500,000 with the level in W13 about 10% lower overall.
