Estate agents Knight Frank placed Ealing seventh in a poll of the most stable London boroughs. The study was based on a range of factors including average house prices, employment growth and population growth.

Richmond-upon-Thames topped the list, followed by Kingston-Upon-Thames, Bromley, Kensington and Chelsea, Wandsworth, Southwark, Ealing, Lambeth, Greenwhich and Bexley.
