Latest property prices in W5 and W13

There was a strong surge in the average price of property in the W5 area during May with demand for homes at the top end of the market in evidence.
Four properties changed hands for over £1million including a house on Kings Avenue that went for £1,850,000.
The average price in the area was £531,962 one of the highest for a single month on record.
In West Ealing (W13) the average price was down marginally from the previous month to £430,803 although this is well above the levels prevailing earlier in the year.
The average house price for England and Wales in May was £165,314, down by 0.2%, and the average house price for London was £338,708, up by 0.7% compared with the previous month.
