A man in his thirties has been taken to hospital after being stabbed in Northolt, and a man has been arrested in connection with the incident.

Police were called to Church Road at about 11.10pm on Thursday, 6 November , where officers found the victim suffering knife wounds. He was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital, where the Metropolitan Police said his injuries were assessed as neither life‑changing nor life‑threatening.

A 32‑year‑old man was detained at the scene on suspicion of assault occasioning grievous bodily harm and possession of a Class B drug. He remains in police custody while inquiries continue.

The London Ambulance Service said it was called at 11.19pm to reports of a stabbing near the White Hart roundabout and dispatched an ambulance crew, two paramedics in fast response cars and an incident response officer. A trauma team from London’s Air Ambulance was also sent. A spokesperson confirmed a patient was treated at the scene and taken to a major trauma centre.

The Met is handling the investigation and further updates will follow as enquiries progress.
