Ealing based Estate Agent Go View London have been nomindated for the second year in a row for London Agent of The Year.

They are up for the prestigious Negotiator Awards, sponsored this year by The Zoopla Property Group.

It is great testimony to a local Ealing based company who now employ 11 members of staff and have generated millions of pounds of revenue and have grown their company organically since their inception in 2010.

Go View London also take keen interest in local matters and sponsor The Ealing Trailfinders, Old Priorian’s RFC, Acton and Ealing Whistlers and provide funds and support to local community groups.

The judging panel who will decide the overall winner from the shortlist include Katrine Sporle CBE, The Property Ombudsman and Peter Bolton-King, Global Residential Director, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Organised by The Property Drum, publisher of The Negotiator magazine which reaches 20,000 agencies every month – the awards are viewed as the Industry’s Oscars and getting shortlisted is a major achievement in itself.  We will find out if we have won the title of London Agent of the year at the awards in November at London Hilton on Park Lane – so finger’s crossed for the big night.

Bryan Light, Lettings Director, is delighted with the second shortlisting in consecutive years.  “There is stiff competition to make the shortlist given the amount of interest from across the Capital in these awards.  When you consider the amount of competition between agents; to rise to the summit is a terrific achievement and one we are all very proud of.”

Donald Collins, Sales Director, comments:  “It would be great to go one stage better than last year and win the title, but we are simply delighted to be on the shortlist for what is such a prestigious accolade.  We have continued to invest in training and infrastructure and I think that came through in this year’s entry.”
