Questors is inviting audiences back in a socially distanced way this December with a number of contrasting productions taking place in the Judi Dench Playhouse

The Letter of Last Resort by award-winning playwright David Greig will be performed five times between 16-19 December.

It’s late on the night after the general election. The new Prime Minister is working when she is interrupted by The Head of Arrangements. He has one request - a letter needs to be written, by her alone. It can only say one of two things, but its implications could change the face of the earth forevermore…

The one-act drama lasting 50 minutes unpacks the debate on nuclear weapons and the complex power they hold.

The Questors Theatre are collaborating with Playgc Theatre Company on this production. Playgc is a new company that seeks to produce and stage mainly contemporary theatre with an emphasis on new writing, including commissioning work by young writers. This production was previously performed at the West End’s Jermyn Street Theatre in 2016 .

Rupa Huq MP described it as “thought-provoking & witty” .

Due to social-distancing, there will be limited seating, so it’s recommended to book your tickets in advance.

There are also a series of Christmas Shows also being performed live at the Judi Dench Playhouse.

After the sell-out success of Horror Stories for Hallowe’en, The Questors bring you more spine-chilling tales with a Christmas theme, told live on stage. Are you brave enough to enter?

They run for four performances only on 12 December at 3:30 pm, then 7:45 pm and 20 December at 3:30 pm, then 7:45 pm. Book here.

To end the year there is The Questors Christmas Revue - Yule be Back!

This is a variety show, featuring a line-up of diverse and unique talents, from song to comedy. Performed live on the Judi Dench Playhouse stage for four nights only on 27 & 28 December at 6 pm and 29 & 30 December at 7 pm.
