A teenage boy has been taken to a major trauma centre after an incident that took place this Tuesday evening (29 August) in the vicinity of Ealing Broadway train station.

The police say that they were called to the area at around 5pm along and a fifteen-year-old was found with a knife injury. His injuries have since been confirmed as non-life threatening

Eyewitnesses reported seeing a large amount of blood on the floor at the scene and a London Air Ambulance landed on Haven Green to assist.

The Central line was suspended between Ealing Broadway and North Acton for ‘a police investigation’ but is now fully operational.

No arrests have been made at this stage.

A spokesperson for London Ambulance Service (LAS) said, "We sent multiple resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, a medic in a fast response car, an incident response officer and a clinical team manager. We also dispatched London’s Air Ambulance.

“We treated a man [sic] at the scene for injuries before taking him to a major trauma centre as a priority.”
