Detectives investigating a violent unprovoked attack which took place at a petrol station in Greenford have released images of two men they wish to speak to.

At around 11.15pm on Friday, 20 November two men pulled into the station in a light coloured car and from the outset they were being verbally aggressive.

A white man, aged in his mid-20s, of a slim built, around 6ft tall with dark brown hair wearing a dark green/grey top and blue jeans approached the night pay point, where the two victims were paying for some items.

He briefly spoke to the cashier and as he walked away he was seen to reach into his pocket and take something out, believed to be a knuckleduster. He struck the back of one of the victims’ heads. He was then joined by a white man, aged in his mid-20s wearing a dark, short sleeved top, with a black puffa jacket with skinny jeans and black trainers and the pair proceeded to attack the two other men.

The police were called at around 12.15am on Saturday, 21 November and arrived at the scene to find the two victims being treated for serious injuries by London Ambulance Service paramedics. Both had sustained facial injuries.

They were taken to a west London hospital where one victim underwent facial reconstruction surgery.

Detective Constable Eliza Nosarzewska, investigating officer from West Area CID, said, “This was a brutal attack which inflicted serious injury on the victims. One victim sustained a fractured cheekbone, nose, eye socket and jaw. We are committed to ensuring those responsible are brought to justice for their actions.”
