A man collapsed and died outside Ealing Broadway Station on Saturday night (27 August).

Local journalist Rory Thomas Butler who was at the scene said an ambulance, paramedics and three police cars attended, the area cordoned off and a tent erected.

Shocked witnesses said the man was known in the area and thought to be homeless.

A local Black Cab driver said "The paramedics pumped his chest, but I think he had had a heart attack and sadly he was gone'

Police say they were called at approximately 9.50pm to reports of a man collapsed outside Ealing Broadway station.
London Ambulance Service attended and the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The death is not being treated as suspicious at this time.
