Police in Ealing are appealing for witnesses following an incident which took place at around 0115 hrs on Saturday 23rd of May.

Two men approached a 43 year old male, who was sitting in a doorway on Northfield Avenue and after a brief conversation hit him in the face and walked off.

After a short while the suspects returned and attacked the victim again. This time they punched and kicked the victim several times. As a result of this attack, the victim sustained multiple face injuries including cut and swelling of his upper lip, left cheek and eye.

On-scene assessment done by the London Ambulance Service crew revealed that the victim might have also suffered a fracture to his right cheek bone. He was subsequently taken to Northwick Park Hospital for further treatment.

Both suspects are described as 20 – 25 year old white males, around 175 cm and 168 cm tall, dressed in blue sports jackets, white T-shirts and wearing gold chains. Both spoke with East European accents.
