Teenagers can try something new and have some fun over the Easter holidays as part of Ealing's Future Youth Inspired (FYI) programme.

FYI is created by young people for young people and has a wide variety of free courses includes chocolate making, canoeing and animation. The sessions take place at locations across the borough from Monday, 30 March until Friday, 10 April.

The full programme is available by going to www.youngealing.co.uk/fyi. The online booking system will show when and where the courses are taking place and how many spaces are available. All courses and activities are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

The activities are open to 13 - 19 year olds (up to 25 for young people with additional needs). There are also some courses available for 11 and 12 year olds. All are specially designed for people who either live, study or work in Ealing.

Councillor Binda Rai, cabinet member for children and young people said: “Our FYI team put on a fantastic programme of free courses and activities over the holidays. Whether you love sport, arts and crafts or IT, we have something for you.

“There are lots of things for young people to do in Ealing and I encourage everyone to take a look at what's on offer by going to www.youngealing.co.uk.”
