Left home in Hanwell on Monday

Police are appealing for information to find a teenager missing from Hanwell.

Jolanta Wiktoria Andrzejewska, 16, was last seen leaving her home on Church Road in W7 at 13:00hrs on Monday, 18 November.

Jolanta is described as white, 5ft 5ins tall, of slim build with black shoulder length hair. She has brown eyes and a mole on her chin.

When last seen, she was wearing a black jacket with a white collar, blue jeans and black boots. She is believed to have taken a number of suitcases with her.

Jolanta is known to frequent the Ealing and Camden areas.

Anyone who has seen Jolanta is asked to contact Ealing police via 101.
