Murad Qureshi, Labour Assembly Mayor, invites you to complete a brief survey on access to your GP. He writes:

Seeing a GP about your health is the way most Londoners interact with the NHS. For some Londoners though, registering at your local GP and getting an appointment at a suitable slot and in a timely fashion can be difficult. Labour members of the London Assembly are really interested in your personal experiences of accessing your GP, so we can understand better how you want the NHS to work for you.

On 8th July, the London Assembly’s Health Committee will be looking at the issue of Access to GP Healthcare in London. As a London wide Assembly Member, I would love to hear the views of residents to inform us ahead of this session. We can then lobby the Mayor and his team to improve GP services in London in line with your responses.

So please let us know your experiences of access to GPs by filling out our online survey at www.surveymonkey.com/s/85QWH7L. Your contributions will help us push for changes in how GPs operate to make it easier for you to access the services you need.

The London Assembly’s Health Committee session on Access to GP Healthcare in London takes place 8th July at 10am at City Hall. All sessions are open to the public and can be live-streamed online.
