Crossroads Care West London is the leading local provider of support for carers and the people they care for. We care for people of all ages, with a range of disabilities and health conditions in their home.

What we offer

Crossroads provides person centred care. Our services are tailor-made to meet the wishes and needs of the carer and cared for. Services include, but are not limited to:

Adults Services

  • Social & mental stimulation – pursuing hobbies, interests and escorting for outings.
  • Rehabilitation – regaining and maintaining independence.
  • Personal care – including bathing, showering, continence care.
  • Domestic care – light domestic services.

Children & Young People Services

  • Parent/Carer Support – A designated care support worker comes to your home and ‘stands-in’ for the parent/carer, providing assistance with daily living and appropriate activities.
  • Holiday schemes – Providing outings and activities during half term and vacation breaks.
  • After school clubs – for 11-18 year olds, during term time, including: help with personal care, promoting independence, encouraging expression of choice, participating in stimulating and educational activities.

Our staff

Our care support workers are fully trained professionals and receive intensive and on-going staff training. We thoroughly vet the background of all care support workers and carry out enhanced criminal record checks. We pride ourselves in the high quality services that we provide for clients. Our 2012 annual client survey revealed that 97% of our clients were either satisfied or very satisfied with the care they received.
