Property prices in Ealing during October 2008
Twenty properties changed hands in the W5 area during October at an aver of £408,148.
In W13 there were 21 sales at an average of £267,107. This is well below previous months but the extent of the fall seems to have more to do with the preponderance of flat sales than a collapse in prices
