Gunned down in alleyway off Cavendish Avenue
Police have launched a murder investigation following the fatal shooting of a man in West Ealing.
Police were called by the London Ambulance Service at about 2050 on Friday 21st November to a man shot in an alleyway off Cavendish Avenue, W13.
The 24-year-old man was pronounced dead at the scene.
He has been named as Jason Johnson.
DCI Fiona Mallon from Trident is leading the investigation, she said, "I urge anyone who witnessed the shooting or anyone who was in the area shortly before or after the shooting to please come forward to police with information."
"Did you see anyone acting suspiciously in the Cavendish Avenue area at about 20.50 last night?
"Did you see anyone run or drive off at speed from that area shortly before 21.00?"

Police are keeping an open mind as regards to motive at this early stage.
There have been no arrests.
