West Ealing Neighbours

New residents' group holds first meeting on April 4th

A newly formed residents group for West Ealing called West Ealing Neighbours is being set up for people who care about the future of the area. They say,

"We've come together to form this group as we feel West Ealing's voice isn't being heard over such issues as the tram and the decline of the shopping in West Ealing Broadway along with the constant problem of rubbish and fly tipping. We have our first public meeting on Tuesday 4th April, which will focus on the tram and its impact on West Ealing and, in particular, the proposed re-routing of road traffic along both Leeland Terrace and Singapore Road. We are worried about the impact of pushing heavy road traffic along quiet side roads."

Tuesday April 4th from 7pm to 9.30pm

At Dean Hall, Williams Road in West Ealing

(off Singapore Road and behind Wilkinson's)

•  Speakers from the Tram Advisory Panel, Ealing Council and Save Ealing Streets
•  Hear from your local Councillors before the local elections on May 4th
