Worried about the future of the earth? Feel helpless to make any difference as an individual? Want to feel more positive and stronger to take action in your daily life?
This talk will:
• Introduce tools for developing positive vision
• Describe ways of moving through blocks and resistance to change
• Offer methods that can help us rise to the challenge of responding to the disturbing realities of our time – such as climate change, mass starvation and other global issues.
Chris Johnstone has worked alongside eco-philosopher Joanna Macy for nearly two decades in developing trainings to cultivate empowered responses to global issues. He draws on his work as an addictions specialist and as a teacher of positive psychology.
