Six week old Mya has a heart condition requiring regular medical checks

A 20-year-old mother from Ealing has gone missing with her baby daughter who suffers with a heart condition.

Isobel Hughes and her daughter Mya who is six weeks old were last seen at 10pm on Friday, 1 April, in Ealing.

Isobel is white, 5ft 8ins in height and of slim build. She has links to Windsor, Slough, Reading and Hampshire.

Baby Mya requires regular medical checks.

Police officers urge anyone with information on her whereabouts to call Ealing police on 101 or Missing People on 116000 - ref 16MIS013225.
