The Red Lion Does it Again!

Ealing Pub is recognised for the seventh time

The Red Lion on St Mary's Road in Ealing is the West Middlesex Pub of the Year 2009.

The licensees, Jonathan and Victoria Lee, have been in charge since 2001 and this is the seventh time their pub has been recognised by the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA).

The ceremony was on the last day of the Red Lion's first beer festival, which saw all 10 guest beers sell out.

Branch Vice-Chair Graham Harrison thanked the couple for their efforts in serving real ale in 'tip-top' quality.

Jonathan Lee said: "I'm delighted to have this accolade again. It's wonderful!"" "
