A 49-year-old man who was the subject of an appeal made by police after he disappeared from Ealing Hospital has been found safe and well..

Jacek Grochowaecki went missing from the hospital at approximately 6.30am on Tuesday, 16 October.

The police have thanked the public for their assistance in the search.
