An eighteen-year-old youth has appeared in court in connection with a stabbing at a bus-stop in West Ealing.

The incident happened during the morning rush-hour on Wednesday 9th January about 9am outside The Gym in Uxbridge Road (near to the junction of Broughton Road).

Witnesses report seeing two men fighting and then one pulling a knife. It's believed he walked off and boarded the next bus.

Police say on arrival they found the 19 year old injured man being treated by ambulance officers for a single stab wound to the lower back. He was taken to a west London hospital.
