best selling author shows support for threatened library

Lynne's classic children’s novel, The Indian in the Cupboard, has sold over ten million copies worldwide and was made into a highly successful feature film. She has now written a total of forty books, many of which are for children.
Her first novel, The L-Shaped Room, was also made into a successful movie starring Leslie Caron, for which role the actress won a Golden Globe and a BAFTA, and was nominated for an Oscar.
Also on the schedule there will be Toddlers' Story Time at 3.00pm and Baby Bounce 'n' Rhyme at 3.30pm.
