A murder investigation has been launched in Southall after a 41-year-old man died today.

Police were called at 23:49hrs on Sunday, 4 January to Clarence Street, Southall, to reports of an injured man who had collapsed in the street.

London Ambulance Service was also called to the scene.

The man was taken to a west London hospital. He was pronounced dead at 0110hrs on Monday, 5 January.

Next of kin are aware but formal identification is yet to take place.

A post mortem examination will be scheduled in due course.

Three men, ages 29, 20 and 26 were arrested today, Monday, 5 January on suspicion of murder. They currently remain in custody pending further enquiries.

Detectives from the Homicide and Major Crime Command are currently investigating and enquires continue.
