Suspect thought to have used bottle in attack at junction with Pope's Lane
A man's received glass injuries after being attacked in South Ealing last night. Police were called by the London Ambulance Service just before 10pm ( Monday 10 April) to reports of an assault in South Ealing Road, at the junction with Popes Lane, W5. Officers attended and found a 20-year-old man with stab wounds, believed to have been caused by a glass bottle. The victim was taken to a central London hospital. His injuries are not life-threatening or life-changing. The road was sealed of for some after the incident. The suspect is described as a black male, aged in his 20s, about 5ft 9ins, of slim build.
