The law on Unfair Dismissal changes again in April 2009. Any business or voluntary organisation with employees needs to know how the changes will affect them or they run the risk of a Tribunal claim. Tribunals will have the power to increase compensation by 25% if employers don’t follow proper procedures, making compliance even more important.
