Ealing’s renowned local theatre, The Questors, prides itself on being open to all, and has an active membership with activities for all ages. From the Questors Youth Theatre to Acting for All classes and the chance to get involved backstage there is a lot going on. Even a theatre-going member enjoys discounts on tickets and the award-winning Grapevine bar.

But one area that The Questors didn’t cater for was the very young – that is until now. ‘Tiny Questors’ is a new class that is designed to encourage the youngest creative talents – the pre-schoolers.

Designed for those that are learning their first nursery rhymes and songs, the Tiny Questors Music & Imagination class is one hour of songs, hand-held instruments, imaginative music and rhythm games. Parents stay and watch children have fun and learn, and the class is suitable for children from about 2 and a half up to the age they start everyday nursery school, around 5.

It is run by Lucy Aley-Parker who devised the class for her little friends many years ago and the idea grew to church halls in her local community at the time. Lucy felt that Ealing would enjoy a fun class for toddlers – and thought The Questors was the ideal environment to start this. Herself a Questors acting member, soon to be seen in their production of Calendar Girls, Lucy is also a qualified nurse and experienced children’s nanny.

Tiny Questors Music & Imagination will take place on Tuesdays at 11am and starts on September 11th.

Classes are £5.50 per child. For more information or to book classes visit ealingtheatre.com or call 020 8567 0011.
