The former husband of Geeta Aulakha,28, who was found bleeding with a severed hand in a Greenford street has denied killing her.

The mother of two was attacked in Braund Avenue, in November 2009 as she went to collect her sons from a childminder.

At the Old Bailey, her husband Harpreet Aulakh, 32, of Chesterton Close, Greenford, denied the murder.

Sher Singh, 18, of Wren Avenue, Southall, and Harpreet Singh, 20, of Slough, also denied the murder charge.

Mr Aulakh, the 18-year-old and Harpreet Singh, of Elmwood Road, were remanded in custody when they appeared at the court by videolink.

They are due to appear at the same court on 18 October to face a four-week trial.
