Boogie-woogie piano legend Ben Waters will headline a special night of live music in Chiswick this February, celebrating the legacy of the Ealing Club and its role in shaping British rhythm and blues.

The event takes place on Sunday 8 February at The Cricket Pavilion, Latymer Sports Ground, Hartington Road, Chiswick, W4 3AN, with music starting at 7:00pm.

Tickets are priced at £20 and available from ealingclub.com.

Waters, widely regarded as one of the UK’s top boogie piano players, has performed with a remarkable roster of artists including The Rolling Stones, Ray Davies, Chuck Berry, Jools Holland, Jerry Lee Lewis, PJ Harvey, and Charlie Watts.

The evening pays tribute to the Ealing Club’s historic role in launching British R&B. A commemorative plaque at the original site marks the moment Alexis Korner and Cyril Davies began the movement on 17 March 1962. Charlie Watts played his first gig with The Rolling Stones there on 12 January 1963.

Food will be available throughout the day via schoolkitchen.co.uk and special guests are expected to join Ben on stage.
