New Year baby is the first of 2012 at the most appropriately named hospital

Big congratulations to Charlotte's Place owner Alex Wrethman and wife Karen on their new arrival.

James Peter Wrethman - 'Jamie' - was born at 4.15am on the morning of New Years Day, January 1st 2012 weighing in at 9lbs.

Alex Says : '' Incredibly, he was the first baby born at Queen Charlotte's this year. There really is something in the name Charlotte that just seems to bring us luck!

''Our heart-felt thanks again for all your kind messages. We hope that your start to 2012 has been as utterly wonderful as ours.''
