One was arrested and charged with harassment and remanded in custody. On December 8th Suzanne Norman (40) of Elderberry Road appeared before Ealing Magistrates Court and subsequently found guilty of harassment, she was sentenced to 140 hours of unpaid community work. She reappeared on 22 January and received a post conviction Anti Social Behaviour Order (ASBO) under which she is prohibited from "causing noise nuisance by shouting, banging of walls or any other means anywhere in England and Wales." Ealing Borough Police ASBO Co-ordinator DC Louise Carrigan said: "This case highlights the continued efforts by Police to tackle nuisance behaviour. This offender has made the lives of her neighbours a misery with excessive noise, particularly late at night. We have worked hard with the local residents to bring Ms Norman to justice and to deter her from future anti-social acts.”
