79 year old with dementia has gone missing from W5

Police are appealing for assitance to trace a man who is missing from his home in Ealing.

Bernard McHugh, 79, was last seen on Sunday 22 May at approx 17:00hrs in the vicinity of Castlebar Hill, W5.

Bernard is white with white hair. He is approximately 6ft tall and was last seen wearing a smart suit. He walks with a tall metal crutch.

Bernard suffers from dementia and his family and officers are growing increasingly concerned for his welfare.
