Detectives are investigating the fatal stabbing of a 19 year old man in Ealing in the early hours of this Wednesday morning.

Police were called at 01:10 by ambulance to reports of a male suffering from serious injuries in the street at Castlebar Hill at its junction with Ken Gardens, W13.

On arrival officers discovered Christopher Alexis, aged 19, suffering serious stab wounds. He was taken to New Ealing Hospital where he was pronounced dead at 02:03. Christopher Alexis lived locally.

Detective Inspector Alistair Tully said: “This was a young man in the prime of his life. Someone has cut that life short for reasons as yet unclear. We are appealing to anyone who may have any information about this fatal stabbing to call police.”

An incident room has opened at Belgravia under DCI Julian Worker (SCD).

A black Hackney carriage and a dark saloon both stopped at
the scene. Detectives wish to speak to the two drivers as they may have important information.

Four men have appeared in court charged with murder in relation to this case. They were Tristan Harris aged 18 of no fixed abode and Daniel Paine aged 20 of Harrow, Richard McLean of no fixed abode and Gavin McIntosh of Castlebar Hill.
