Uwe Rosler's Brentford team on Tuesday smashed six goals past hapless Bournemouth in the JPT

Mike Grella scored four goals and could have had six - a late chip hit the post after he had narrowly missed a driven Weston cross earlier in the second half

Sam Saunders opened the scoring in the fifth minute whilst Shaleum Logan capitalised on some awful defending to net Brentford's fourth goal.

Whilst Brentford were dominant, Richard Lee made a couple of smart saves. Toumani Diagouraga had an excellent game in midfield this evening and Myles Weston repeatedly took the game to the opposition.

Leon Legge made a return from injury tonight and could have netted with his first touch - his powered header sailing narrowly wide.

The 6-0 scoreline is apparently Brentford's greatest competitive win since 1985 against Newport County - with Grella's four goal haul also matched in the same game.

Bees - Lee, Woodman, Logan, Llera (Legge), Eger, Saunders (McGinn), Douglas, Diagouraga, Weston, Donaldson (Alexander), Grella

Unused Subs - Adams, O'Connor
Attendance - 3015
