Property prices in Ealing in September 2008
Prices appeared to be strong in the figures released for September. Average prices have risen again mainly due to buyers' increased appetite for more expensive properties.
19 homes changed hands in the W5 area at an average of £556,020, one of the highest on record. Three of these properties sold for over £1,000,000. There was a similar picture in the W13 area with 17 homes selling at and average of £411,132 with four of them going for a seven figure sum.
The numbers are subject to revision as usually some properties are added late to the Land Registry's database.
