Social media meet-up at the Rose and Crown

The Ealing Tweetup (#ealingtu) is an informal social media networking event in West London that brings together a diverse range of (mainly) local business people, politicians, bloggers & journalists, digital industry types and other interesting folk from many walks of life.

With free pizza and drinks courtesy of our host – Tom at the @roseandcrownW5 – the events are proving a great success with thirty to 200+ attendees regularly getting together to meet fellow Twitter users, expand their networks, improve their social media knowledge and enjoy live music performed by some of West London’s finest bands.

This year, the Ealing Tweetup is officially a Social Media Week London event.

We don’t mind if you are a Twitter beginner or a media expert. Everyone is welcome!


WHAT IS SOCIAL MEDIA WEEK LONDON?

London’s biggest social media festival is back for 23rd-27th September 2013. This year’s theme is Open & Connected reflecting on the global impact of social media and its role as a catalyst in driving cultural, political, economic and social change.

We are experiencing one of the biggest shifts in how we communicate in human history. Because of this, our aim is to provide the best information, ideas and inspiration to help people understand how to achieve more in a hyper-connected world.

Social Media Week is a worldwide event with global reach across five continents.
