Come and join the Ealing Half Marathon team in Lammas Park, Ealing and run a FREE UKA measured mile this Saturday in aid of Alzheimer's Society.

In support of their Headline Charity Alzheimer's Society, this special Mile event during Dementia Awareness Week is held free of charge to anyone wanting to run, jog or walk the Mile Series course.

Celebrity guests, great atmosphere and a UKA measured course for your Power of 10 record, what a way to start a Saturday! All that is asked is that all runners make a donation on the day to the Alzheimer's Society collection tin.

Meeting point: Inside the main gate of Lammas Park at the junction of Culmington Road and Beaconsfield Road, Ealing W13. Nearest Tube station: South Ealing (Piccadilly Line).

Race numbers can be collected on the day from 10:30 onwards, the race will start at 11:00.
