Coming up at The Questors is a production of Terence Rattigan’s, The Browning Version.

Widely regarded as his greatest work the play concerns classical scholar and teacher Andrew Crocker-Harris. To the boys he teaches, he’s simply “the Crock”. He has failed as a schoolmaster and a husband, and now ill health is forcing him into early retirement. On his final day, the future is looking bleak. But could a sudden unexpected moment of kindness break open the confines of his world?

This one-act drama was originally due to be staged in May 2020 but was postponed due to Covid-19. It is now taking place in The Studio from 1 – 9 October.

Tickets cost £14 or £12 for concessions and £7 for under-16s and students. The final Friday and Saturday performances cost £18 or £15 for concessions an £9.50 for under-16s and students. Tickets for the first night are £8.

The play last 1 hour and 15 minutes and tickets can be booked by clicking here.

Articles such as the one above are integral to what we do. We aim to feature as much as possible on local societies, charities based in the area, fundraising efforts by residents, community-based initiatives and even helping people find missing pets.
