An outstanding line-up of jazz musicians is set to entertain at the biggest event of the Ealing Summer Festival.

With an audience of more than 45,000 people over the five days of the Ealing Jazz Festival in 2008, this year’s annual festival celebrates its 25th year and promises exceptional entertainment.

The impressive line-up this year will include a range of jazz talents, from the flute melodies and vocal gymnastics of Keith Waite and the Macusi Players, through to big band tunes by Ray Gelato and the

contemporary sounds of Fallen Heroes. Liz Fletcher will be returning to the festival, as will Dick Esmond’s Sound of 17 Big Band.

Councillor Phil Taylor, Cabinet Member for Customer and Community Services, said: “The Ealing Jazz Festival looks set to be a great five days of fun and entertainment for the whole family. That we are celebrating the 25th annual festival this year shows just how hugely popular it is, not only locally, but as a national music event.”
