Around 600 runners took to Gunnersbury Park for the Ealing Eagles annual 10k run last week.

Three representatives from the sponsors Orchards of London took on the 10K run: Managing Directors, Paul Connolly and Rudolph Diesel alongsided Mark Carroll, Acton Lettings Manager.

Paul Connolly said:

“I thoroughly enjoyed this run and would like to thank the Ealing Eagles for hosting this event. It was fantastic to see runners of all levels taking part, and I would like to congratulate the winners.''

Mark Carroll, Acton Lettings Manager and runner says: “It is very inspiring to see so many people come together in a community event as large as this one. It’s a fantastic result that the event has completely sold out! Not only is it promoting a healthy lifestyle, but it is encouraging involvement in the West London community. I am also doing the run in Osterley!”

The event was held in scenic Gunnersbury Park, where runners lapped around the park 2.5 times to complete the full 10K.

The male and female 1st, 2nd, 3rd winners received trophies sponsored by Orchards of London, while each finisher received a goody bag and a medal commemorating the event.

In addition to this, each finisher was given the option to customize their medal via iTab. iTab allows the finisher to have their name and finish time engraved into the medal as a souvenir for taking part in the event.
