THE BRILLIANT SHAZIA MIRZA returns to the Drayton for what promises to be another memorable night on September 24.
Mirza played to a sell-out crowd last year, and is joined on an oustanding bill by two up-and-coming comics in Sara Pascoe and Gerry Howell.

Tickets are on sale now priced at £10 from wegottickets.com
Mirza, an Asian comic from Birmingham, has toured Europe and the US and appeared on a host of TV and radio shows including CBS 's 60 Minutes, NBC's Last Comic Standing, and Have I got News for You (BBC).

GERRY HOWELLS has made quite an impact since he began stand-up in 2006, and has been likened to a young Eddie Izzard. His eye-catching style, which combines a rambling, rhythmic stream-of-consciousness with brilliant one-liners, has earned him a string of awards and critical acclaim.

THE PRESS ON GERRY HOWELL

“A wonderfully befuddled stream of consciousness” The Guardian

“Weirdly wonderful” Evening Standard

“Surreal rambling brilliance... A one man Mighty Boosh” Time Out

Sara Pascoe is another rising star. As well as achieving critical acclaim for her stand-up, she has appeared on TV as the ascerbic Emma in Free Agents and had a cameo in The Thick of It and Being Human.

She also starred in a Comedy Lab Happy Finish for Channel 4 as well as performing sell-out runs at The Pleasance and Soho Theatres and supporting Ardal O’Hanlon on tour.

THE PRESS ON SARA PASCOE
“An enjoyable fusion of silliness and intelligence - a comic who can get Nietzsche and cunnilingus into the same breath has to be applauded.” Chortle
