Local band The Breaks are playing a fundraising gig at the Red Room on Saturday 20th June to raise money for Oxfam's Nepal Earthquake Appeal.

The Breaks are a West London based covers band, lead singer, Mark Chippendale, aka 'Chips', lives in Mount Park Crescent and is a stalwart of the cricket club.

The band play everything from the Killers and Muse back to the Stones and Bowie. They've been together for ten years and never fail to fill a dance floor.

The Red Room, the birthplace of British R & B, is at 42A The Broadway, London W5 2NP .

Costing £10 on the door with everything going to Oxfam. The band raised £500 in March and are hoping to double it this Saturday.
