Get fit this summer
New sessions of Touch Rugby have just started on Tuesdays at in Elthorne Park, W7.
The aim for these sessions are to keep fitness levels up for the regular players, to hopefully recruit new players and also to make the club new friends in the community.
Touch rugby is fast paced and therefore excellent for fitness and as the name suggests the only contact is the 'touch tackle' (imagine playing tag with a rugby ball).
Touch Rugby is a mixed sex game, so we would absolutely love to hear from as many ladies who want to improve their fitness - in fact after the last write up we have one lady player already! We hope to move the sessions around the area if we can grow the numbers joining in
With that in mind, we would like to run these sessions throughout the summer - Free of charge and open to absolutely everybody - aged 17 to 70!
