Many swimmers joined this year’s event at Northold Leisure Centre, swimming a 1.5k, 2.5k or 5k distance, individually or as part of a team. Participants of all ages and abilities took part, with youngsters taking on their first Swimathon challenge and personal bests achieved by more seasoned swimmers.

“We were delighted to see so many people take to the water in Ealing,” says Everyone Active Contract Manager James Bowden. “There was a great atmosphere with lots of family and friends cheering the swimmers on, and I would like to congratulate all those who trained so hard to complete their challenge.

Final fundraising totals will be released later in the year. For more information on Everyone Active visit www.everyoneactive.com.
