Free Seminar from our Ealing Expert, Louise Taft
How to stay out of an employment tribunal
The law on Unfair Dismissal changes again in April 2009. Any business or voluntary organisation with employees needs to know how the changes will affect them or they run the risk of a Tribunal claim. Tribunals will have the power to increase compensation by 25% if employers don’t follow proper procedures, making compliance even more important.
Louise Taft’s firm JR Jones is presenting a free seminar for small businesses and voluntary organisations setting out what they need to know to stay out of the Employment Tribunal. On a lighter note, they invite Rosanna Henderson of Conker Consulting to speak on matters of Personnel.
Louise Taft runs the Employment Department at JR Jones and is our resident Ealing Expert with her monthly columns in Ealing Today. Louise regularly represents clients in Unfair Dismissal and Discrimination claims in the Employment Tribunal. She is well versed in all the technicalities of Employment legislation and case law but interprets this to give very practical accessible advice.
Rosanna Henderson runs Conker Consulting. She provides a range of personnel, training and facilitation services for small businesses and the voluntary sector. She can help your organisation to become more professional, efficient and effective so that your people are properly trained, developed and motivated.
