Ealing local, Samantha Urri, is over the moon after finding out she's been accepted into the prestigious drama school AMDA in New York City.

She has been given the chance of a life-time to study under Broadway’s finest tutors and follow in the footsteps of notable Alumni such as; Tyne Daly, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Caissie Levy and Jason Derulo.

Samantha has been living in Ealing for the past 7 years after graduating from The London College of Music in 2012 with a First Class BA Honors degree in Musical Theatre and is known in the area as one of the singers in the all girl group 'The Buttercups'.

Samantha has been fortunate enough to be offered a space, and AMDA have also granted her a part-scholarship. Now she's hoping to fund-raise the final amount for tuition.

Since 2010, Samantha has produced many cabarets in and around Ealing and has always been so appreciative of the community support.

As Marilyn Monroe once said “Give a girl the right pair of shoes and she’ll conquer the world.” So the time has come to put on the dancing shoes, and she has planned the following events;

DIVAS: Marilyn

June 1st would have marked Marilyn Monroe’s 90th Birthday. Join Samantha and her ‘Supercalifragilistique’ cabaret team to celebrate the star, through an evening of song and dance all tied together with a Monroe themed quiz.
