From Ealing's Church Community:

''With the terrible events over the past week in our area over the past week it seems an important time for us to gather together to pray for those affected, for those who did this and for God's ongoing peace on our streets.

''For this reason we're gathering as both Christians of many different churches and people who don't go to church but would like to pray, for a simple time of prayer that is all age and accessible to all.

6-7pm Saturday 13th August on Ealing Green on the grass in front of the shops that were damaged.

Please do pass this on to church members and friends who might like to be there and if you speak to any one who has been affected do ask if they would like to come to light a candle, say a prayer or write in a prayer book.''
