Old Priorians Rugby Football Club have beaten Barking 29-13 in their final home game of the season. The Perivale team were able to avenge an away defeat earlier in the season to record a second win on the bounce, in front of a large home support.

Tries from Aristide Goulain, Stefan Rowell and two from fly-half and Captain Jack Dever earned the Old Priorians a bonus-point win.

The team, currently sitting safely in tenth in only their first season at London North 1 level, now have time to enjoy the Easter break before the final two away matches of the season.

Speaking after the game, head coach Anthony Andrews praised his team's tough defence and try-scoring ability on the counter, in what he called "one of our most complete performances" of the year:

"We said after the Colchester game a few weeks back, where we lost quite convincingly, that we needed to win out last four games and we are half way there with 2 wins in the last 2 weeks.

We will enjoy our weekend off this weekend and hit the ground running next week. Our sights are set on two more wins to secure that 9th spot in the league."
