Twisters (1st XV) 31 Beaconsfield 9
Old Priorians maintained their quest for the London 2NW title with a bonus point 31-9 victory away at Beaconsfield. The opening exchanges were scrappy, dominated by the referees whistle in a foreshadowing of what was to come. Beaconsfield had three early penalties scored whilst the OPs replied with a Jarleth Hughes try to make it 9-7 to the home side. The OPs' James Booth added a penalty before a classic OP counter attack saw Jack Dever score for a half time score of 19-7 to the Ealing side. The OP season continues on a second front this Saturday with the highly anticipated national cup quarter final away at Guildford who ride high in London 2SW.
